Monzo is seeking a Fraud Compliance Manager to join our 2
LoD Fraud and Financial Crime Compliance team. You will provide oversight, challenge and assurance across the organisation to manage fraud risks while delivering a great customer experience.
You will deliver assurance reviews, provide actionable feedback, support the assurance plan, and produce data-led reports. This role focuses on regulatory alignment and continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment.
