Tax Senior / Manchester City Centre / £35,000 - £40,000 + Bonus + Benefits

This is an advisory role, offering exposure to high-quality planning work across corporate and personal tax. The Role

You will manage a diverse portfolio of corporate and private clients, delivering commercially focused Tax advice and supporting on a range of planning projects.

• Manage and develop a portfolio of advisory clients
• Advise on Corporate Tax planning including restructures, reorganisations, demergers, MBOs, EOTs and due diligence
• Support clients through business acquisitions and disposals, advising on Tax implications
• Provide guidance on business structuring, in corporations and profit extraction strategies
• Contribute to personal and family wealth planning projects including CGT and IHT planning
• Review Corporate Tax computations and identify wider planning opportunities
• Work closely with Managers and Partners on complex advisory assignments
