Project Accountant

Temporary Project Accountant - Kidlington (1-2 days onsite/rest wfh) - £62,000 equivilent - 3-6 month contract Robert Half Ltd are working with an organisation based in Kidlington that are looking for a Project Accountant to join the team on a temporary basis. This role will take ownership of the financial management of a portfolio of projects and capital programmes. This is a key finance business partnering role, working closely with Project Managers and senior stakeholders to provide financial insight, challenge and support informed decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

Act as a strategic finance business partner to Project Managers and senior stakeholders Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial governance across projects Challenge financial performance, identify risks and drive corrective action Support business cases, investment decisions and benefits realisation Provide financial assurance and advice at project governance boards Support capital and medium-term financial planning Partner with Procurement and business leads on tenders and commercial proposals, ensuring value for money Present complex financial information clearly and influence senior decision-making What they're looking for:
