Job Description:
Recruit UK is working on an exciting opportunity for an IFA Administrator to join a market-leading Independent Financial Adviser firm based in Leicester, specialising in a wide range of services from investment advice to retirement planning. As an IFA Administrator you will manage all aspects of financial services administration, including processing Letters of Authority (LOA), preparing client documentation, and liaising with providers and clients.
Responsibilities:
Handle new business applications and liaise with providers to ensure timely completion Prepare client appointment packs and manage adviser diaries Ensure all documentation meets FCA regulatory standards Gather data for cash flow modelling and portfolio analysis

Salary up to £30,000 depending on experience Annual salary review 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Pension starts with auto-enrolment and increases to up to a 10% employer contribution after three months.
