Management Accountant | Excellent Progression to Head Of Finance £45,000-£60,000 Accrington | Flexible Hours A rapidly growing business in Accrington is seeking a driven and commercially minded Management Accountant/Finance Manager to join its expanding finance team. The company is on an exciting growth trajectory, with turnover set to more than triple over the next few years, supported by significant investment in its site, equipment, and infrastructure.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a part qualified/qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA). The role offers clear, genuine progression towards senior finance leadership.

The Role Reporting to the Finance Director, you will play a key part in delivering accurate and timely financial information while supporting the wider business with commercial insight.

Responsibilities include:

Preparation of monthly management accounts, including P&L and balance sheet reconciliations Variance analysis and KPI reporting Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles Preparing board packs and financial reporting outputs Working with auditors and supporting the audit process Driving improvements across systems, processes, and controls Providing ad-hoc financial support across the wider group About You ACA/ACCA/CIMA part qualified/qualified Strong technical accounting ability Commercial, proactive, and detail-oriented Confident communicator with strong Excel skills Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Manufacturing experience beneficial but not essential Our local Lancashire Axon Moore team recruit all accounting and finance roles from CFO to transactional finance on both a temporary and permanent basis.
