Tax Director - Financial Services Tax

The Financial Services team advises on complex, high-profile, multi-country projects across Banking, Insurance and Wealth & Asset Management. Your new role As a Tax Director within the Financial Services team, you will take on a senior leadership position, delivering complex international tax advisory projects to a wide-ranging client base, from growing inbound businesses to large multinational organisations. Building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery Leading the end-to-end delivery of tax projects, ensuring both technical excellence and a commercially focused approach Identifying and driving new business opportunities, contributing to proposals and leveraging insights from previous engagements Developing and strengthening internal and external networks to support business growth Coaching, mentoring and developing junior team members through delegation and on-the-job training

What you'll need to succeed You will be an experienced tax professional with a strong technical background and proven leadership capability, ideally within Financial Services. A client-focused approach with strong commercial awareness Excellent written and verbal communication skills across a range of stakeholders A proactive, flexible attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated experience in leading teams and developing junior staff Strong technical expertise in international tax, including reviewing and advisory work A relevant professional qualification such as ATT, ACA, CA or CTA (or equivalent knowledge, e.g. a legal qualification) Experience working with clients in Banking, Insurance or Wealth & Asset Management What you'll get in return In return, you will join a globally connected organisation that is committed to your professional growth and success.
