Associate Director — Oracle Finance Transformation (Senior Finance Workstream Lead)

A senior Finance leadership role shaping and delivering large-scale Oracle Cloud Finance transformation for some of the UK's largest and most complex organisations.

You’ll act as the senior Finance advisor to CFOs, Finance Directors and executive stakeholders — owning the Finance transformation vision, leading complex business and technology change, and driving measurable Finance outcomes enabled by Oracle Cloud.

• Lead the Finance transformation agenda across large-scale Oracle programmes
• Serve as trusted advisor to CFOs, Finance Directors and executive teams
• Define and govern Finance transformation strategy, operating model, process design and business outcomes
• Lead multiple Finance work streams — General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Intercompany, Tax, Expenses, Collections and Project Financial Management
• Provide direction to Finance workstream leads, Solution Architects and senior business stakeholders
• Establish programme-wide governance, design authority and quality assurance across the Finance domain
• Own Finance transformation roadmaps, business case development and benefits realisation
• Ensure Finance controls, governance, compliance and audit requirements are embedded throughout
• Sponsor data migration, testing, business readiness, cutover and deployment
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation and advanced analytics to improve Finance performance
• Lead client relationships within strategic Oracle accounts and support practice growth
• Mentor and develop future Finance transformation leaders

• Strong track record delivering Finance Transformation and Oracle Cloud ERP programmes
• Experience leading enterprise-wide Finance transformations in large, complex organisations
• Significant experience engaging and influencing CFO, Finance Director and C-suite stakeholders
• Experience defining Finance transformation strategies, target operating models and business-led roadmaps
• Strong Oracle Cloud Finance experience across GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Intercompany and Tax
• Deep understanding of Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash
• Strong grasp of Finance governance, internal controls, risk and compliance frameworks
• Experience overseeing large, multidisciplinary teams across multiple work streams
• Proven experience partnering with Solution Architects on integrated business solutions
• Commercial awareness, with experience supporting account growth and business development
• Excellent communication skills at Board, ExCo and Steering Committee level
• Experience across global and multi-country organisations
• Genuine interest in how AI and emerging Oracle capabilities can transform Finance
• Willingness to travel when required
