The Role As a Mortgage Broker, you will:
Provide expert mortgage and protection advice. Build strong relationships with clients and estate agency colleagues. Manage mortgage applications from enquiry through to completion. Identify opportunities across specialist property finance solutions. Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the process. Maintain full regulatory and compliance standards. What We're Looking For The successful candidate will:
Hold Full CeMAP or equivalent qualification. Ideally have at least two years' mortgage broking experience. Demonstrate excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Be highly motivated and commercially driven. Have a passion for delivering great customer outcomes. Be confident handling a variety of mortgage scenarios and client requirements. What You'll Receive Competitive basic salary. Uncapped commission structure. Realistic OTE £80,000. Hybrid working.
