- Kings Lynn - 28,000 / 30,000 ALH Recruitment are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk with immediate effect for our growing client based in the Kings Lynn area. My client offers a good salary / package and excellent personal development opportunities. Office hours
- Mon
- Fri - 37.5 hours per week (Saturday is optional for overtime) You will have a good background in Finance and Purchase Ledger, along with experience in the following:
Key skills:
Processing high volume purchase invoices Dealing with supplier queries and chasing for credits where necessary Supplier statement reconciliation Ensure purchase ledger & sales ledger invoices have correct nominal codes and are entered accurately Ensure all invoices signed off prior to payment. Check staff expenses for accuracy Update bank and petty cash payments Complete bank reconciliation's weekly Communicate effectively at all levels If you feel you have the skills and experience to step into this exciting Purchase Ledger role, please apply below:
