Senior Credit Advisor - Part Time

Credit Advisor (Part-Time Permanent | 1 Day Per Week) Reed Banking are seeking an experienced credit advisor to join a weekly Credit Committee as a voting member for an international bank, providing independent oversight and challenge on lending proposals across commercial real estate, hotel finance, and corporate lending.

Key Responsibilities Attend the weekly Credit Committee as a voting member. Review and assess credit proposals. Challenge transaction structures, cash flows, collateral, and risk assumptions. Benchmark terms, covenants, and pricing. Recommend adjustments to strengthen risk management. Experience Required Strong background in real estate, hotel, and corporate finance. Previous senior credit approval or Credit Committee experience. Deep understanding of UK lending structures, pricing, and risk frameworks.
