Corporate Finance Executive | Manchester | c.£45,000 KC Group are currently working with a growing Corporate Finance team in Manchester who are looking to hire a Corporate Finance Executive. This is a great opportunity for someone currently working in Audit within a mid-tier accountancy firm, who is looking to make the move into Corporate Finance for the first time. You'll get exposure to a broad range of transactions and work closely with an experienced CF team across areas including:

- M&A and deal execution
- Financial analysis and modelling
- Valuations
- Due diligence
- Information memorandums and marketing materials
- Working directly with management teams, shareholders and investors What they're looking for: ACA/ACCA qualified or recently qualified Experience gained within a mid-tier accountancy/advisory firm Strong analytical and financial skills Genuine interest in pursuing a career in Corporate Finance Commercial mindset and strong communication skills Ideally some exposure to transactions, financial modelling or advisory work
