We re looking for an Accounts Assistant to join a finance team in Worsley
.
This is a role suited to someone looking to support a busy finance function, with responsibility across project accounting, cash management, forecasting and month-end activity.
What s on offer?- £32,000 £ 35,000 per year
- Mon Thu 7:30am 4pm
- Fri 7:30am 12:30pm

- Managing the full financial cycle of projects, including costing, reporting and closure
- Managing cash across multiple bank accounts and reconciling balances
- Preparing and analysing weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts
- Supporting month-end close, including POC schedules and journal entries
- Supporting budget and forecast phasing for revenue and Cost of Goods Sold
- Assisting with monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register
- Preparing ONS submissions
- Supporting colleagues with key finance tasks during periods of absence
- Completing additional finance and administrative duties as required
