About the Role

As a Finance Consultant
, you’ll play a vital role in supporting financial operations and decision-making across the business. You’ll work on a variety of projects that require strong analytical skills and a commitment to building a career in finance. This role offers hands-on experience with complex financial processes and data analysis.

What You’ll Do as a Finance Consultant

You’ll support financial operations and transformation activity through responsibilities such as:

  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Assisting with budget preparation, monitoring in-year performance and analysing financial trends
  • Financial Reporting: Producing clear, accurate and insightful financial reports for senior stakeholders
  • Data Analysis: Interpreting financial data to identify risks, opportunities and improvement areas
  • Controls & Governance: Supporting compliance, audit readiness and financial assurance activities
  • Business Partnering: Working with operational teams to understand their financial needs and ensure strong financial decision-making
  • Project Support: Contributing to finance-related work streams within wider organisational change programmes
