  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring data integrity within the pension administration system.
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the New Business Team.
