This permanent Financial Controller position in Manchester offers a salary of £55,000 to £65,000 annually, plus a performance-related bonus. The successful candidate will manage full financial oversight of hotel operations, working predominantly Monday to Friday on-site. Core duties include preparing monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts and cash-flow projections, alongside reporting to ownership and senior management. The role involves monitoring profitability, departmental results, payroll and operating costs, while maintaining robust financial controls, compliance and procurement.
Collaboration with the General Manager and Commercial Director is essential to drive profitability and operational efficiency. Applicants should possess strong analytical abilities, commercial awareness and proven experience in hospitality finance. Salary: andpound;55,000-andpound;65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus performance- related bonus.

Manchester. Working pattern:
Full-time, predominantly Monday to Friday, hotel based.
- Full financial management and oversight of hotel operations.
- Preparation of monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts and cash- flow projections.
- Financial reporting to ownership, senior management and relevant stakeholders.
- Monitoring profitability, departmental performance, payroll and operating costs.
- Oversight of financial controls, compliance, purchasing and procurement.
- Working closely with the General Manager and Commercial Director to maximise profitability and operational efficiency.
- Developing robust financial systems, reporting procedures and internal controls.
- Previous experience as a Financial Controller, Director of Finance or equivalent senior financial position within a sizeable hotel operation.
