Job DescriptionWe're looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to join our Onboarding Calculations team on a six-month FTC. You'll be responsible for coordinating and allocating work across the team, managing priorities and helping ensure service levels are met.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to build experience in a leadership-focused position, developing skills in coaching, workload management and operational delivery while working closely with experienced Team Managers.
What you'll be doing:- Allocating and prioritising work across the Onboarding Calculations team
- Balancing team workloads to ensure service levels and customer deadlines are achieved
- Monitoring workflow queues and responding quickly to changing priorities
- Supporting consultants with day-to-day queries and helping remove barriers to delivery
