Overview
Eden Brown are seeking a highly experienced Housing Officer on a temporary contract situated in Manchester. The role as Housing Officer will involve hybrid work 2-3 days at home and/or in the office.
Responsibilities- Providing a frontline service to a portfolio of tenants across Manchester
- Dealing with low level ASB issues
- Tenancy Sign Ups
- Environmental issues i.e. fly tipping, garden issues
- Extensive Housing Management experience
- Must have access to a car
