We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Housing Officer to join a reputable Housing Association in the North West on an initial 6-month contract.
This role will involve managing a busy and complex housing patch, delivering high-quality tenancy and neighbourhood services, and leading on anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a designated housing patch, ensuring effective tenancy management
* Handle ASB cases, including complex and high-risk situations
* Support and guide junior officers within the team
* Work in partnership with external agencies including Police and Local Authorities
* Ensure compliance with housing policies and procedures
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a Senior Housing Officer or Housing Officer role
* Strong knowledge of tenancy management and ASB
* Ability to manage a high-volume caseload
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Able to start at short notice
Details:
* 6-month contract (potential extension)
* North West location (hybrid working available)
