We are seeking a Spa Therapist (full-time) to join the team at King Street Townhouse Hotel. We are looking for individuals with a passion for spa and wellness, who can deliver exceptional service and enhance the experience for our members and guests. The hotel features King Street Tavern, afternoon tea rooms, conferencing & events space, gym and treatment rooms, and rooftop spa pool with views of Manchester’s town hall.

King Street Townhouse prides itself on hosting special events and occasions, including Christenings, wedding parties, anniversaries and birthday celebrations, as well as corporate banquets and events.

• Greet guests at reception to deliver a memorable experience
• Support the Spa Manager in delivering customer standards and continually strive to exceed expectations
• Maintain a professional, clean environment ensuring guests/members are comfortable
• Fully understand existing treatments and procedures to deliver a world-class service
• Ensure all treatment rooms are prepared and fit for purpose
• Attend weekly/monthly team meetings and events
• Deliver exceptional aftercare and retail recommendations to clients
• Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Deliver brand standards
• Book clients and manage phone calls
• Achieve treatment and retail targets

• Specific experience within a spa/health club environment
• NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification
• Experience with ESPA and Elemis is preferred but not essential
• Impeccable attention to detail and customer service experience
• Proven experience working as part of a successful team with excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in brands and NVQ level 3 beauty therapy or equivalent
• Previous beauty therapy experience in a 5-star/luxury background plus natural leadership qualities
