• Provide high-quality treatments for clients in line with clinic treatment guidelines.
• Conduct thorough consultations to assess needs and set realistic expectations.
• Actively promote additional services and products to enhance client experience.
• Work towards sales targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client records before and after treatment.
• Maintain and clean all machines.

• Level 3 Beauty qualification or above required.
• Experience with Laser Hair Removal (desired not required).
• Team player who works collaboratively.
• Positive and friendly attitude with clients.
• Attention to detail when dealing with client records.
• Excellence in client experience standards.
