This role will help shape how the business thinks about beauty trends, building new capabilities, and inspiring innovation. • Lead the development and delivery of a trends strategy across innovation, packaging design, and sustainability.
• Support design leads by turning macro beauty trends into clear, actionable direction for haircare and skincare brands.
• Identify relevant beauty trends to shape Academy learning programs.
• Deliver learning through live sessions, digital platforms, and on‑demand content.
• Manage the Beauty Academy and trends budgets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, ensuring accountability and performance.
