Spa Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to deliver exceptional wellness and relaxation experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in a variety of spa treatments, committed to outstanding customer service, and dedicated to promoting overall health and well-being.

• Perform a range of spa treatments such as massages, body treatments, facials, and wellness therapies according to spa standards
• Conduct client consultations to assess needs, preferences, and any health considerations
• Customise treatments to ensure a safe, relaxing, and effective experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic treatment room in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Recommend appropriate products, services, and aftercare advice to clients
• Build strong guest relationships to encourage repeat visits and client loyalty
• Handle scheduling, treatment documentation, and client records as required
• Collaborate with other spa team members to create a positive guest experience

• Certification or diploma in Massage Therapyor Beauty Therapy,
• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist preferred
• Strong knowledge of massage techniques, body treatments, and spa protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain professionalism, discretion, and client confidentiality
• Physical ability to perform treatments for extended periods
