By combining our portfolio of owned brands inclusive of ESPA, Ameliorate and Christophe Robin,with a marketplace for over 1,300 third-party beauty brands through online retail sites LOOKFANTASTIC, Cult Beauty, and Dermstore, THG Beauty's ambition is to be the global digital partner of choice across the beauty industry, supporting the channel shift to online.

THG Beauty’s breadth of relationships is unique to the beauty market; it engages with brands as a retailer, a brand owner, and a product developer and manufacturer, making it the industry’s digital strategic leader.

We are seeking a dynamic Marketplace Executive to join our Amazon team, supporting the growth of THG Beauty Brands on Amazon across UK and European markets.

Experience in e-commerce, online retail or digital marketplaces is helpful but not required as full training will be provided on Amazon systems.

As a Marketplace Executive for THG Beauty Brands , you’ll:

• Assist with the management of Amazon beauty brand accounts and keep product information accurate and up to date.
• Deliver best in class customer experience through product page optimisation; including titles, bullet points, descriptions, search terms, images and A+ content.
• Maintenance of brand and country-specific brand stores by updating images, banners and offers.
• Assist with new product launches, promotions and seasonal events.
• Check prices, stock availability and catalogue issues, and raise concerns quickly.
• Review business reports tracking sales, traffic, conversion and rankings.
• Research competitors, keywords and product categories to support decisions.
• Work with experienced colleagues across sales, marketing, operations and supply chain.

• Good organisation and attention to detail are essential.
• A willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence using numbers and spreadsheets;
  Excel experience is advantageous.
• The ability to build good working relationships with internal teams.
• An interest in the beauty industry.
• A motivated and proactive approach, with a willingness to contribute to the team’s success.
