Care Assistant

Base pay range: £13 - £13.50 per hour. Plus pension and holiday pay (equating to a rolled up pay rate of £15.01 - £15.58).

As a Care Assistant, you will be a people person who enjoys meeting and supporting a diverse range of people of all ages. The role involves personal care including continence support, washing and dressing, as well as support with medication, meal preparation and helping with household tasks. You will promote people’s independence and bring a real sense of joy to those you support.

• You do not need previous experience to join our team, as all training is provided to boost your skills and confidence.
• Due to the nature of the role, applicants must be aged 18 or over.
• The role involves unsupervised work with vulnerable individuals and requires flexible hours, including late evenings and night shifts.
• This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
