• Assess, plan, and implement nutritional plans for patients with complex needs in a clinical setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide specialist advice and education to patients, their families, and healthcare staff.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust dietary plans as necessary, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to the continued development of the nutritional support service.

• HCPC registration required.
• NHS experience is preferred but not essential.
• At least 1 year of experience working at Band 6 level.
• Proficiency in using EMIS software.
• A valid driving licence and access to a car are essential for travel between sites.
