Job Summary
The post holder, in conjunction with the trusts CERN best practice groups / clinical network, will lead and develop the Bolton locality CERN pathways across adult and older adult community teams, ensuring the pathways are compliant with best practice standards, providing expert support, guidance and development to the CERN senior practitioners within the teams.

Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership, supervision, support and consultation to the community teams for the management of CERN.
- Support care coordinators and MDTs in the management of cases as required.
- Assess and develop formulations for the interventions for people with CERN in the community.
- Provide therapeutic interventions for people with CERN, including Structured Clinical Management (SCM) and Mentalization Based Therapy (MBT).
- Deputise for the Service Manager in his/her absence and take on any delegated management duties as required.
- Provide clinical supervision to Senior Practitioners for CERN and otherszim requiring expert supervision as required.
- Provide training to workforce and EBE on therapeutic interventions.
- Ensure effective evaluation and development of the CERN pathway and service developments in line with the strategy.
- Develop effective service interfaces.
- Contribute/participate in group therapy for service users with CERN.
- Lead a Reflective Practice Group and ensure provision of groups across the locality offer.
- Identify training needs in the community teams.

- Registered Mental Health Nurse, Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker or similar professional qualification.
- Masters level qualification, evidence of post-qualifying education (Desirable).
- Demonstrable experience of working with this service user group.
- Post-registration experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team in a clinical setting.
- Evidence of post-registration training / development.
- Experience of participating in audit and an understandingpurity of quality improvement বির implementing PDSA cycles and action plans relating to the outcome of audits.
- Experience of service evaluation, service development and completing a training needs analysis and planning and delivering training.
- Experience of delivering key performance indicators for a service.
- Additional qualifications in psychological or psychologically informed interventions such as SCM/MBT/DBT (Desirable).
- Offer advice and consultation to members of the multi-disciplinary team based on best evidence.
- Contribute to clinical governance processes including completing complaints and report writing in relation to incidents.
- Lead on the implementation of the Trust-wide strategy across provider-led services within the locality ICB.
