Temporary Medical Receptionist Forrest Recruitment
• Manchester, North Manchester
£12.21 per hour + Holiday Pay, weekly pay. Full Time, Monday to Friday. Working Shifts Available: 10-6.30pm OR 8-4.30pm.
Responsibilities- Welcoming patients and providing calm, supportive assistance
- Managing incoming calls, appointment bookings, and general enquiries
- Processing repeat prescriptions and handling patient correspondence
- Maintaining accurate patient records using clinical systems
- Upholding confidentiality and safeguarding standards at all times
- Previous experience in a medical/healthcare environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confidence using computers, knowledge of EMIS will prove a strong advantage
- The ability to stay calm under pressure
