An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time 9 month fixed term/secondment opportunity to cover maternity leave. We are looking to recruit a B6 Specialist Physiotherapist for our Neurological Rehabilitation Unit at Trafford General Hospital for a 9 month fixed term/secondment.
You will be part of a dynamic, well-established multidisciplinary team, working alongside a Clinical Lead, experienced Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Psychologists and Rehabilitation Assistants. Our team is committed to delivering a holistic approach to patient care, ensuring high-quality outcomes in line with national guidelines.
This Band 6 role offers the chance to contribute to service development, quality improvement initiatives, and the education of students and junior staff, while continuing your own professional development.
- Provide specialist assessment and rehabilitation of neuro-rehab patients at Trafford General Hospital.
- Supervise and support junior and unregistered staff, ensuring high standards of care.
- Act as a clinical mentor for undergraduate physiotherapy students.
- Lead and participate in service development projects, including audits and quality improvement programs.
