Personal Assistant Needed for 8-Year-Old Boy (Autistic, Non-Verbal)

We are looking for a caring, reliable, and experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to support an energetic 8-year-old boy with complex needs. The client is fully non-verbal, very active, and has no sense of danger or awareness of his surroundings. He requires constant supervision and cannot be left unattended.

• Work closely with parents to plan activities that help burn energy, provide stimulation, and meet his developmental needs.
• Ensure his safety at all times.
• Provide hands‑on support with personal care and daily tasks such as eating, drinking, dressing, nappy changing, and daily routines.
• Create a positive, engaging, and supportive environment.

• Patient, calm, and understanding.
• Reliable, flexible, and trustworthy.
• Experienced in supporting children with severe difficulties and autism.
• Able to communicate clearly with parents and team members.

• First Aid training (essential).
• Experience with autism and complex needs (required).
• SENCO experience/qualification (desirable but not essential).
