We are hiring for a Health and Safety Manager to oversee compliance, operational safety, and facility standards within a health and fitness environment.
Key Responsibilities- Act as Duty Manager when required to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Lead and develop internal operational teams
- Coordinate with self‑employed contractors to ensure safe and compliant service delivery
- Oversee maintenance and facility standards
- Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory reporting
- IOSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent recognised Health & Safety qualification
- Demonstrated experience in health and safety management
- Experience managing teams within service‑based environments
- Strong understanding of compliance and risk management
