Service Support Manager - Medicine

Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to appoint 3 motivated and dynamic Service Support Managers to join our Medicine Division within the subspecialities of Neurology;
Cardiology and Stroke.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care and operational efficiency across urgent, emergency, outpatient, and elective pathways.

• Provide management support to divisional colleagues and administrative teams.
• Assist in achieving local and national performance targets, including patient access standards.
• Support the development and implementation of service policies, projects, and strategies.
• Collate and analyse data to drive service improvements.
• Deputise for senior managers when required and represent the service at Trust-wide forums.
