Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nurses to join our team in Cardiology on Ward 4 d 4 specialises in the care of cardiology patients. Ward 4 is a busy 28‑bed acute cardiology ward with lots of opportunities to develop your clinical skills and knowledge. You’ll learn about our cardiac monitoring system, use the process of telemetry along with the added advantage of training in ECG rhythm recognition.
To succeed, you’ll need to be committed to delivering high quality, patient‑focused care with pride and respect, have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to provide evidence of personal and professional development. You will also be expected to work a mixture of days, nights and weekends. In return, you can expect some truly excellent development and progression opportunities and a comprehensive induction programme.
You’ll also be part of a fantastic and dedicated team that supports each other and operates with consideration and dignity at all times.
Our key focus is to provide high quality care to our patients, many of whom have complex cardiology conditions, pre‑ and post‑cardiac surgery and post‑cardiac catheter lab procedures. The ward also accommodates medical patients who may require cardiac monitoring.
