Housekeeper - Outpatients

The closing date is 22 March 2026

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Outpatient team as a Housekeeper.

You will play a key role in maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and organisation within the Outpatient Department, including supporting infection‑control procedures, cleaning equipment, assisting with stock ordering, and organising supplies. There will also be opportunities to complete efficacy audits and participate in our SHINE walk‑arounds.

As a Housekeeper, you will support the team by ensuring the OPD environment is clean, safe, comfortable, and well‑organised to deliver high‑quality patient care. The role requires cross‑site working: 8 hours per week at Altrincham OPD and 8 hours per week at Withington OPD.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a friendly, supportive, and experienced clinical team. You will benefit from a clear working structure, regular appraisals, and an innovative service committed to staff development. Clinical governance, research, and audit activities are actively encouraged within the department.

This is a busy and physically active role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you are highly motivated, work well within a team, and meet the essential criteria, we encourage you to apply and join our successful organisation.
