Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust is recruiting a Neighbourhood Clinical Assistant to join our neighbourhood teams for Middleton and Morley in the South of Leeds. The role involves delivering patient care in people’s homes and working flexible shift patterns between 8am and 8pm.
You will be supported by a multidisciplinary team and receive a tailored induction, with opportunities to develop alongside colleagues from nursing, therapy and self-management roles.
