What you will do:

• Develop, manage, and evaluate aseptic services to ensure high-standard pharmaceutical care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes.
• Provide expert advice on aseptic processes, ensuring compliance with all regulations and guidelines.
• Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Engage in quality improvement projects to enhance service delivery.

Requirements:

• Previous Band 8a NHS experience is essential.
• Must be registered with the HCPC.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in aseptic pharmacy is required.
• A driving licence is preferable, as travel between multiple sites will be expected.
