I'm recruiting for a family-owned domiciliary care provider supporting around 150 service users across Manchester and Greater Manchester . With a stable team, genuine flexibility and the backing of experienced management, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in a supportive environment where your ideas and contribution are genuinely valued.

What's on Offer? Salary of up to £31,000 depending on experience. £1,500 annual on-call enhancement. Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm. On-call shared between four people (approximately one weekend per month and a couple of weekdays). Family-owned business with a supportive culture. Flexible working environment. The Role As the Senior Care Coordinator, you'll work alongside two Administrators, a Care Coordinator and the Registered Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of a busy domiciliary care service. You'll coordinate care for approximately 150 service users across Greater Manchester, ensuring rotas are covered, care is delivered to a high standard and carers are fully supported. Although you'll occasionally visit the community when needed, this is primarily an office-based role.

Your Responsibilities:

Liaise with service users, families and healthcare professionals. Assist with onboarding new care packages and staffing requirements. Participate in the shared on-call rota. The ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. No sponsorship is available for this position. If you're looking for a supportive employer where you'll be trusted to do your job, enjoy a healthy work-life balance and have the opportunity to grow within an established family-run business, I'd love to hear from you.
