HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team in our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. You will plan and implement personalised care to give residents security, dignity and independence, while building strong relationships with families.
You will work with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to provide stimulation through activities and to administer medications. Excellent record keeping and time management are essential to success.
