Health Hero is seeking independent, autonomous Prescribing Clinicians to support our Integrated Urgent Care service during out-of-hours across the Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin locality.
Working from our Telford Headquarters and/or one of our Primary Care Centres, you will join a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, timely care to patients accessing urgent care services, with a focus on clinical excellence and patient safety.
