Sanctuary Personnel Ltd in London is seeking a Band 6 Reablement Occupational Therapist to join the adult social care reablement team in Newham. You will work 36 hours per week, combining onsite and hybrid working, starting immediately to support independence and wellbeing.
You will collaborate with social workers and health professionals, conduct OT assessments, plan home adaptations, promote equipment, and maintain accurate electronic records to help reduce formal care needs.
