This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded healthcare practice acting on behalf of a broad range of healthcare organisations and insurers across the UK.

• Advise NHS bodies, independent healthcare providers, medical defence organisations and insurers on a varied caseload.
• Handle complex defendant clinical negligence, healthcare litigation and healthcare regulatory matters.
• Support clients through inquests, investigations and other high-profile healthcare disputes where appropriate.
• Play a key role in developing existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
• Work closely with colleagues across insurance, professional indemnity, regulatory and public sector teams.
• Help shape the continued growth of the firm's national healthcare practice.

You are likely to have experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Defendant clinical negligence
• Medical malpractice
• Healthcare litigation
• Healthcare regulatory
• Inquests
• Professional indemnity involving healthcare professionals
• Advising NHS organisations, healthcare providers or medical insurers.

You will have an established network within the healthcare market, strong client relationship skills and a proven track record of winning and developing work.
