Care By Us is seeking a Reablement Care Assistant to support people returning home from hospital across Hemel Hempstead, Hertford, Ware, Sawbridgeworth and surrounding areas. You will be paid for your scheduled shift, not per visit, with mileage paid on top of your hourly rate.
You will help clients regain independence through daily tasks, mobility support, meal preparation and community reintegration, with flexible part-time and full-time opportunities across seven days.
