Millennium Care is seeking a warm Senior Care Assistant Night for Worthington Lake Care Home in Standish, Greater Manchester. You will lead the care team, ensure high-quality, person-centred care, and maintain up-to-date care plans in line with policies and regulations.
You will have experience with advanced dementia and hold at least a Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification, working within the Household Model of Care to support residents overnight.
