We have opportunities across Stockport and the wider Greater Manchester area.
You will work in a variety of settings including residential, respite, community, and supported living services
, supporting adults with:
- Autism
- Learning or physical disabilities
- Mental health needs
- Behavioural challenges
Shifts include days, nights, and sleep-ins
, contributing to 24-hour support.

- £14.24 per hour (including holiday pay)
- Holiday pay (accrued or added to your hourly rate)

About YouWhat We’re Looking For
Successful applicants will have:
- A minimum of 12 months’ experience in adult or children’s support settings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to build rapport and develop therapeutic relationships
- Experience with individual support planning
- A valid UK driving licence (desired but not essential)
All applicants will undergo Identity, Right to Work, DBS, and Reference checks.
