This is a full-time, permanent position, salary up to £41,000combining clinic-based work with regular travel to client sites using a fully equipped mobile medical unit, ideal for someone who enjoys a varied and hands-on role.
Role Overview:
You will work collaboratively with the clinical team to deliver a full range of Occupational Health services to a diverse client base. This role involves both clinic and on-site work, with travel forming a key part of your responsibilities (paid within working hours).
Key duties include:
- Case management assessments and management referrals
- Health surveillance (spirometry, audiometry, HAVS)
- Administering vaccinations in line with the Green Book
- Drug and alcohol screening
- DSE and workplace health assessments
- Delivering wellbeing clinics and health promotion initiatives
- Making autonomous clinical decisions and referrals
- Managing medical stock, vaccines, and equipment safely
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and ensuring GDPR compliance
