Mid Co Care Limited in Manchester is recruiting Support Workers for our Supported Living services. As a Care Worker, you will provide day-to-day support to adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health challenges, helping them live as independently as possible and following each service user’s care plan.
You will safeguard service users, handle queries and safeguarding documentation, and may assist with medication, personal care, meals, cleaning and community visits.
