Creative Support is seeking warm, reliable, and proactive Support Workers to join our friendly team in Manchester. We provide quality care and support for individuals with learning disabilities in a vibrant service where no two days are the same.
You will provide 1:1 support for an individual with autism and a learning disability in various activities, including employment, volunteering, community engagement, and daily living tasks are looking for someone with a great sense of humor who enjoys being part of an energetic team.
Your role will include encouraging engagement in exciting social activities both within and outside the home, and developing warm, trusting relationships with service users and their families, ensuring they enjoy their time to the fullest.
A clean and valid UK manual driving license is essential for this role.
