Deputy Manager

Make a Difference Every Day We are seeking a Deputy Manager to join our team! At Saffron Court we offer 24 hour support to clients with a mild learning disability or mental health diagnosis. We also support clients who have physical disabilities or who are vulnerable living on their own. What You’ll be Doing Assist the Manager in the day-to-day operations of the residential home Lead and support the care team to deliver high-quality care Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and Safeguarding standards Develop and implement care plans Conduct staff training and development Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents and staff What You'll Need Driving License is required – must be able to drive Minimum of NVQ Level 3 and willing to work towards their level 5 in Health and Social Care Minimum of 5- years' experience working in a similar environment Strong leadership and management skills Flexibility and ability to share on call in 24hr working environment Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations (CQC and best practices Commitment to providing high-quality care Why Join Us?
