> Company pension, Employee Assistance Programme, cycle to work scheme, refer-a-friend bonus and team events What you'll be doing Supporting clients at home with personal care, medication and daily living Working in a consistent team around each client Building trusted relationships with clients and their families Keeping clear, accurate care records Reporting any changes in a client's condition to our nursing team With training and competency sign-off, developing skills in: PEG feeding and enteral nutrition Tracheostomy care and suctioning Ventilator and respiratory support Catheter care and continence management Spinal and neurological injury care What we're looking for At least one year of paid care experience (domiciliary, residential or hospital) A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle (essential) A real willingness to learn and take on complex care A kind, patient and professional approach Good written and spoken communication Reliability, and a commitment to continuity for our clients The right to work in the UK Ready to grow your career in care?
