- Apply your healthcare data governance expertise to evaluate, annotate, and improve AI-generated content related to clinical data standards, compliance frameworks, and health information workflows
- Assess AI outputs for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with real-world hospital data governance practices
- Identify gaps, errors, or compliance risks in AI-generated healthcare data content - including HIPAA-related scenarios, clinical data quality issues, and regulatory edge cases
- Provide structured, expert feedback that helps AI systems better understand the nuances of hospital data environments
- Draw on cross-functional experience spanning clinical, IT, and compliance domains to evaluate AI reasoning across complex healthcare scenarios
- Work independently and asynchronously - fully on your own schedule
- Experienced in healthcare data governance, clinical data management, or health information operations
- Strong working knowledge of healthcare privacy, compliance, and regulatory frameworks - including HIPAA and related standards
- Comfortable navigating the intersection of clinical, technical, and administrative healthcare domains
- Detail-oriented and systematic - you can spot inconsistencies, compliance gaps, and data quality issues quickly
- Clear and structured written communicator who can document feedback effectively
- No prior AI or machine learning experience required
- Experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or structured review workflows
- Familiarity with EHR systems, health information exchanges, or clinical data warehouses
- Background in health informatics, clinical operations, or healthcare compliance
- Prior involvement in data stewardship programs, governance committee work, or policy development
- Exposure to interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, or ICD coding systems
- Work at the forefront of healthcare AI alongside leading research labs and AI teams
- Fully remote and flexible - work when and where it suits you
- Freelance autonomy with the structure of meaningful, expert-level work
- Apply your specialized healthcare expertise to a domain where it genuinely matters
