Cygnet Healthcare is looking for an experienced
Support Worker
to join our team working at Cygnet Lodge Salford.
Please note, due to an occupational need, we are only considering female applicants.
You'll be working
full time
, 42 hours a week (12 hour day and night shifts),making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Lodge Salford.
Cygnet Lodge Salford is a high support inpatient rehabilitation (level
2) service for women. The service supports 24 individuals with a primary diagnosis of mental illness, but they may also have a complex secondary diagnosis, including a personality disorder.
- Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents
- Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support
- Learn about individuals' specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
- Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required
